Step into Woodpecker, and find a cosy and comfortable three bedroom cottage that sleeps five guests. 

The property has an open plan, lounge, kitchen and diner that leads directly onto an private terrace, securely enclosed for peace of mind- for those travelling with little ones keen to explore the adjoining play area.

The twin and single bedroom are perfect for children or adults, whilst the calming tones of the master bedroom create a welcoming space to retreat to at the end of the day.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed and en-suite shower room; with a further bathroom and WC located in-between the other bedrooms.  A cot can be placed in the single bedroom if required.

Guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.

Woodpecker can interconnect with Swallow, to form Swallow's Nest which would sleep 6 adults, 4 children and 2 cots.

A security deposit of £200 is payable on the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure.
