Unlike the habits of the nocturnal Owl, we think you will be retiring to your squashy sofa and comfy beds after a busy day exploring the stunning Norfolk coast.

This attractive former dairy barn  offers a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and two bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 guests, in either a twin or king with space for a cot; all situated on a single level. 

True to its rural setting, the fully equipped kitchen has both a gas cooker and for the winter months, a cast iron range cooker-Rayburn.

The property has a fully tiled family bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.

Patio doors take you to a private, furnished sun terrace that leads directly on to the play area.

Guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.

Please note Owl does not have a washing machine in the property, however guests are able to access one in the laundry located in the courtyard.

For groups of seven or eight guests, Owl can be combined with Wagtail, under the listing Owls Roost.

A security deposit of £150 is payable on booking the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure.
