Head to the nearby Holkham Nature Reserve and you may spot the Tern, often found near rivers, seas and wetland. Or simply relax and enjoy the character and charm of this inviting holiday cottage. 

At the centre of the property rests the open plan living area, filled with natural daylight from the large patio doors, that lead onto a wide, furnished terrace. The fully equipped kitchen/diner sits beneath the charming wooden trusses that are a reminder of its former life as a working dairy barn.

Tern has two comfortable bedrooms, that are configured as a spacious King or a Twin, and both are serviced by a family bathroom complete with wet room shower area, bath and WC. The bedrooms are situated either side of the living area.

Guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.

Please note that whilst this property is all on a single level, and has an accessible shower area, there is a single step up into the property on the threshold.

A security deposit of £150 is payable on the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure.
