Sleeping up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, that are as follows:

• Master-Super-king, with zip and link beds. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room.
• King, with zip and link beds
• Compact twin, that can be prepared as a double.

A further family bathroom, with shower and tub is also available for guests.

Please advise us in advance of your stay how you would like the beds configured so the property is ready for you upon arrival.

Guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.

If you are travelling as part of a large group, why not consider also reserving Garden House, that connects to Avocet via a Boot room.

Please note this cottage has solid travertine floors with rugs. Therefore active toddlers may require careful supervision. When booking Coot, Avocet or Garden House guests accept any risks involved.

A security deposit of £200 is payable on the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure.
