Boasting some strong eco-credentials, this award winning holiday home is sleek and modern in design, whilst blending seamlessly into its' rustic, rural setting.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and diner is bathed in natural daylight from the large patio doors and skylights, whilst homely interiors ensure the living spaces are warm and inviting. Big, squashy sofas look out onto a beautiful, private, furnished terrace and lawn ideal for al-fresco entertaining; whilst younger guests can enjoy the neighbouring enclosed play area.
Indoors, the attention to detail continues into the bedrooms, which are thoughtfully presented as follows:
A contemporary family bathroom, with shower, bath and WC can also be found between the second and third bedrooms, whilst a boot room area provides excellent storage for all the wellies and coats (and a washing machine) that are inevitably needed for a great British holiday!
Garden House has eco-friendly under floor heating features throughout, whilst hot water and space heating are supplemented by solar, wind power and a ground source heat pump. The buildings themselves are highly insulated to keep them warm, whilst simultaneously reducing carbon emissions.
Garden House can also be combined with Avocet, to form a fabulous property that can sleep up to 12 guests, across 6 bedrooms, with 2 cots.
Please note this cottage has solid travertine floors with rugs. Therefore active toddlers may require careful supervision. When booking Coot, Avocet or Garden House guests accept any risks involved.
All residential guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.
A security deposit of £200 is payable on booking the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure.
Please review the Cottage Handbook for more information on the properties, facilities, codes of conduct, and terms and conditions.
