Part of the sought-after terraced cottage collection, Maristow offers 4*-Gold holiday luxury for up to 5 guests. An oversized end-of-terraced home, the interiors are stylishly decorated and beautifully finished, ideally suited for exploring this blissful corner of Devon with your nearest and dearest.

The Entrance

From a small flight of stone steps, offering sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, guests can access the front door, heading straight into the light-filled living spaces of Maristow. Guests can enjoy a large, communal parking area directly behind the barns.

Cooking, Dining & Other Essentials

The ample kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up sumptuous dinners for the whole family – double-width fridge freezer, integrated appliances and a plethora of cookware ensure all you need to remember are self-catering provisions! Set the table with the crisp white plates and chic glasses, taking time to enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee or hearty breakfast before a days exploring.

Living & Mezzanine Den

The lofty, vaulted ceiling affords Maristow a refreshing, light and airy feel whilst still being utterly cosy (made more prevalent by the luxurious underfloor heating!). The plush sofas and armchairs combined with the central wood-burner make for the best kind of afternoon naps or peaceful reading sessions. For little ones, the flat-screen TV entertains on rainy days but for sunnier occasions, the French doors open out to blissful views over the grounds, tennis courts and mesmerising Devonshire countryside. Added excitement comes in the form of the sweeping mezzanine ‘den’ (integral stair gate for added protection) where younger ones can put on plays or performances, or just hide out from the adults!

Sleeping & Bathing

Bedroom One – Spacious room with twin beds (unable to convert into a double), plus an adjoining en-suite shower bathroom.
Bedroom Two – Generous double room with twin beds (ability to convert to a double), plus en-suite bathroom and French doors to the ground floor patio.
Bedroom Three – Small twin room with L-shaped bunks (suitable for under 12’s only)
Family Bathroom – Deep, bubbly tub with shower over and heated towel rail.

Stepping Outside

Enjoy easy afternoons from the comfort of your own private patio, complete with wooden bench and BBQ for al-fresco suppers and surrounded by beautiful planting to frame the wonderful views.
