Comprising of an incredibly spacious, open-plan living area, a stylish, state-of-the-art kitchen (with integrated appliances) and handy utility room, Lodge 17 is the perfect escape for families or couples looking to get away from it all. Beautiful furnishings and solid wood flooring throughout offer enviable levels of luxury and comfort, whilst the wood-burning stone fireplace is ideal for snuggling up after long days spent exploring the blissful Yorkshire countryside.

Boasting an extensive glass wall frontage, designed to bring the natural light, surrounding woodland and meadows directly into the home, the vast, open-plan communal area allows guests to experience the best of both indoor and outdoor living. Lodge 17 offers three king-size bedrooms (all of which can be made up as a twin room with an adjoining zip and link mattress), all with stunning en-suite shower rooms. The Egyptian cotton bed-linen and towels, as well as the complimentary White Company toiletries ensure a peaceful night’s sleep and thorough relaxation on your Yorkshire lodge retreat.

Stepping outdoors, Lodge 17 boasts private parking for up to 3 cars for those that require easier access to the front door, as well as a spacious private deck for taking in the incredible views of Swale Valley. There is also a ramp up unto the deck for those with accessibility requirements. 

Lodge 17 facilities include Smart TV with full use of Netflix & Amazon Prime (please note that guests will be required to use their own login details), DVD & CD player, as well as an electric hob & oven, Dualit Espresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryers, with cot, highchair & sterilisers available on request for little ones.

For those travelling to the Yorkshire Dales in an EV (Electric Vehicle) you will find the added convenience of an EV Charging Unit in the private parking area adjacent to the property, instructions of how to download the app are listed on the charger. This is available to guests of Lodge 17 only.

The luxury lodges in the Yorkshire Dales are found just 5 minutes drive from the charming market town of Richmond, where guests can find boutique shops, mouth-watering local produce, weekly markets and cosy pubs, with the backdrop of the Swale Valley and Richmond Castle framing this wonderful corner of North Yorkshire. Alternatively, Richmond can be accessed via a 20-minute walk along the neighbouring 'coast-to-coast' path for those who fancy a taste of the local tipples!
