Upon arriving through the gated entrance to the property you will find a spacious driveway with parking for up to three cars, there is also an Electric Charging Station for those travelling in an electric vehicle. The modern façade and palm trees immediately set the holiday vibe!

The ground floor offers open plan living which is great for entertaining and sharing special occasions with family and friends. There is even a grand piano for any musical members of the group. 

The comfortable living spacious boasts a large, sumptuous sofa which sits in front of a warming wood-burning stove, creating a cosy haven in the colder months. 

A large shaker-style kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a family feast including a toaster, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. You also have the convenience of your own washer and dryer. 

A family dining table overlooks the private garden to the rear which comes complete with outdoor seating should you wish to enjoy some al fresco dining. 

When it comes to the outdoor space in this property, the pièce de résistance is the sun terrace which gives those breathtaking sea views and a chance to relax and breathe is the relaxing ocean air. 

The property offers 5 bedrooms which comes in the following configurations:

Bedroom 1 – Stylish master bedroom which offers a four-poster king bed and leads out to the sun terrace. 

Bedroom 2 – Double bed

Bedroom 3 – Double bed

Bedroom 4 – Single bed which is suitable for young children. A travel cot can also be provided upon request for those travelling with infants.

Bedroom – A grand double bed located on the ground floor

Please note that linens and towels are provided during your stay. The rooms are all served by four ensuite and main family bathrooms which offer both free-stranding bathtubs and walk-in showers to suit the whole family. There is also a sauna facility to soothe away the stresses of everyday and help you relax into your vacation. 

Located just a 5-minute drive from Clacton-on-Sea and a 10-minute drive from Frinton-on-Sea, you can enjoy all the sights and attractions of the neighbouring town and retreat to the tranquillity of this beachside haven in Holland-on-Sea.

Thing to know about the property

• Up to two pets are permitted in the property and charges apply. The garden can be sealed with drive gates closed. 
• There are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
• There is direct access to the beach from the property. 
• Please note there is a security deposit of £200 payable when booking the property. This is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property following departure.
