This ground-floor apartment benefits from its own private deck, a quiet spot for gazing in awe at the impressive coastal sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of something bubbly after a long day of coastal walks or water-based fun.

Stepping inside, guests will find a handy "cloaks nook" which leads onto a large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - ideal for reconnecting with loved ones whether cooking, relaxing or feasting on locally caught fayre! Designed around a contemporary colour palette, this opulent holiday apartment is swathed in rich, rugged and practical furnishings, that compliment the needs of guests across the changing seasons of the year.

The bright and contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus high-end Neff appliances. Heading further into the apartment there is a chic dining area and cosy alcove/snug, equipped with a comfy sofa-bed and reading lamp, providing an additional sleeping area for a child or a spot to simply curl up with a good book.

From the kitchen window, guests can enjoy views of the neighbouring village, and watch the wandering sheep that frequent the hills!

Moving into the beautiful living room, framed by the sea view, guests can kick back and recline on the comfortable tan leather sofa, while reading a book, watching a film or just snuggling up by the wood burner. The large private deck can be accessed here through the full-height glass doors, complete with patio furniture-keep an eye out for the dolphins in Nefyn bay!

Just beyond the private deck, there is a large, open grassy area which gently rolls down to the lower tier of the 'Plas' - an ideal space for little ones to burn off energy (whilst being supervised by adults).

The luxurious master bedroom features sumptuous soft furnishings and comes complete with a small dressing area and a beautiful en-suite shower room (connected via a sliding 'barn' door, allowing for maximum space within the bedroom). From the comfort of the king-size bed, guests can lie between the Egyptian cotton sheets and gaze out over the sea through the full-height glass doors - all whilst enjoying breakfast in bed!

Stepping next door, the twin (or additional king) bedroom is perfect for young explorers, with calming, pretty decor and views up across the hillside behind the apartments. Connecting both bedrooms is a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, for soaking away the stresses of everyday life.

All of the Plas apartments are regulated via air-source heat pumps, meaning that even on cooler days the property stays warm and you can dry off those soggy coats.

Outdoors, the ground-floor apartments are accessed via a small step down and offer convenient parking directly adjacent to the property and an electric car charging point.
