This beautifully designed villa features four inviting bedrooms, each crafted to provide a restful and luxurious atmosphere. The four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends with whisper soft beds and sumptuous textiles.

• Master Bedroom: A spacious upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: Also upstairs, featuring a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and spectacular wrap-around balcony, where guests can draw back the glass doors and enjoy the views out over Trewhiddle and the countryside beyond. It is possible to sit outside under the shelter of the roof and enjoy the sun for your morning coffee and your evening drink.
• Third Bedroom: Located downstairs, this room offers a king-size bed with shared en-suite.
• Fourth Bedroom: Also downstairs with a small double bed suitable for one adult or children and a shared en-suite
• There is an extremely useful downstairs cloak room/toilet just off the hallway.

• There is a contemporary, stylish and well equipped kitchen. Facilities in the kitchen include a gas hob & new electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a kitchen island for serving up delicious feasts of locally caught seafood and other Cornish delicacies.
• A large dining area adjacent to the kitchen facilities includes a large table providing plenty of room for group and family meals.
• Guests can enjoy all the modern amenities expected with a luxury stay including a Smart TV and DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Iron, ironing board, hair dryers and a cot are provided in the villa. Highchair & sterilisers are also available on request from Reception.

Private  Decking

• Stepping outside the south facing decking is surrounded by Red Robin bushes and is a sunny spot all day long.
• The decking is furnished with a modern table with seating for 8 for alfresco dining. There are also 2 sun loungers for your relaxation.
• There is private parking for one car directly next to the property and additional parking is close by.

• The Trewhiddle estate of 120 acres set in a woodland valley contains a nature trail through a wooded area and open fields which are ideal for dog walks and exercise. There is a well equipped play area for children. There are also cycle and walking trails that lead to Pentewan and other areas. Local beaches at Pentewan and Porthpean are a short drive away as are two golf courses at Porthpean and St Austell.
• Superb pubs and restaurants are located in the local coastal villages of Charlestown and Mevagissey. The beautiful town of Fowey is also a short drive away. There are also a number of supermarkets in St Austell.
• There are many interesting attractions to visit in the area including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the extensive Duchy of Cornwall nursery at Lostwithiel and the beautiful National Trust property Lanhydrock House only 12 miles away.
