The light, open plan layout provides for all your needs, namely traditional kitchen, diner and lounge; with a separate King/Twin bedroom and bathroom completing the tour. 

The pretty front garden patio has dining furniture, a fire pit and Adirondack loungers and offers views onto the lawn. Barbecues are also available to use. 

This pet friendly, single storey property is spread across a single level; and therefore, most suited of all the cottages for those with limited mobility. 

Please note: a washing machine and tumble dryer are available onsite, located in the Laundry Room within the Main Archway.

A £50 pet fee applies per dog (a maximum of 2 dogs) and a £200 security deposit applies to all properties in the Pelynt collection.
