Bezant Place is located at Pentire, set back from the beautiful Fistral Bay on Cornwall’s spectacular northern coastline – one of the most sought-after areas of Newquay.

Perfectly situated, the property has excellent access to Fistral Beach, renowned for its world-class surfing and bordered by a challenging Links golf course; commanding impressive views of the wild Atlantic Sea.

Family-friendly Crantock Beach lies on the other side of Pentire Head, separated only by the stunning River Gannel, a peaceful haven for paddle-boarding, crabbing or simply relaxing in the beautiful dunes.

There are numerous paths and walkways to guide you round this magnificent spot, including the Heritage Coastal Path which passes several great local pubs and eateries, including the contemporary Lewinnick Lodge and the more traditional The Old Albion Inn.

Just a short walk, or five minutes in the car from the centre of town (and Rick Stein’s famous chippy!), Bezant Place is the ideal basecamp to enjoy all the epic local attractions and beautiful landscapes the region has to offer.

Standing tall and bursting with plenty of traditional Cornish character, Bay Blue apartment is on the ground floor of this charming, coastal building. The two-bedroom property has been decorated with a soothing, natural colour palette to provide a peaceful retreat after days spent exploring the great outdoors.

Upon entering you are greeted by a spacious hallway where you can kick off your sandy flip flops at the end of a long day on the beach. This immediately leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen space which allows the whole party to relax together and socialise. You can even bring you furry family members to join in the fun as the apartment is pet friendly.

A well-appointed and newly fitted kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need to whip up a Cornish feast or a hearty breakfast. It comes complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, and microwave.  A compact dining table sits in a cosy alcove adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats four people.

The contemporary living space offers plush, luxury furnishings and a 42” Smart TV, perfect for a movie night or an evening of drinks and games with friends.

When you are ready to retire for the day, there is a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and a 22” Freeview TV so you can snuggle in for an early night or a lazy morning. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room, ideal for families with younger children. The room also features stylish coastal-chic interiors and a 32” Freeview TV.

A sleek, modern shower room promises an invigorating start to the day with a spacious, luxurious rain shower. A large mirror and clever lighting make this the perfect sanctuary to get ready for an evening out at a beachside restaurant or one of the many local watering holes.

Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are included, and a travel cot and highchair can be made available upon request.

A convenient utility store in the hallway houses a hoover, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment to use throughout your stay.

There is a small, shared courtyard to the front of the building which features outdoor seating where you may sit and read a book or enjoy your morning coffee if you wish. There is also a bike store outside the property which can accommodate guests who wish to bring their own bikes but please note that this is a shared store. For those travelling in their own vehicle there is an allocated private parking space for one car.
