Popular attractions such as Paignton and Exmoor Zoos and Haldon Forest are all just a short drive away allowing you to plan your stay with ease.

Surrounded by serene countryside and nestled in amongst the trees, Holly cottage is the perfect eco-friendly escape into the beautiful Devonshire countryside.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by a small entranceway where you can hang up your coat and kick off your shoes after a busy day of exploring. This leads you into a cosy, open-plan living space which promises comfort and relaxation for the duration of your stay.

A sleek, modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need to create a delicious romantic meal or whip up a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. It comes complete with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a compact, dining table, perfectly sized for two to sit together and enjoy a bite to eat or a morning coffee. 

The contemporary living space boasts a comfy, plush sofa and a large Flat Screen TV creating the perfect spot to snuggle up in and enjoy a movie night or catch up on your favourite shows.

If you would prefer a romantic evening gazing up at the stars, you can relax in the soothing bubbles of your own hot tub, which sits under cover so you can luxuriate in the blissful, effervescent water in less clement weather. Heated by solar panels and a  biomass boiler, the tubs are sustainable and environmentally conscious too! Sun loungers and outdoor seating, complete this private, enclosed space where you can soak up some sunshine or enjoy a little al-fresco dining with your favourite tipple.

A spacious bedroom, with a super-king size bed creates a dreamy haven to sink into at the end of an adventure-filled day. There is ample storage space for a couple and there is a main bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a walk in shower which promises a fresh and invigorating start to the day. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are included and there are shared laundry facilities on-site for your convenience. 

On-site parking is located close to the property with space for two vehicles. 

Guests visiting Holly can also enjoy  a selection of on-site leisure facilities, such as an all-year hard tennis court, 24 acres of beautiful, tranquil countryside and fishing lakes. There are also special additional services available, such as massages and holistic treatments from a massage therapist; as well as manicures and facials from onsite beauticians.
