With its modern Cornish architecture, this contemporary bolthole welcomes you into an open plan living, kitchen and dining space which leads out on to your very own enclosed garden space, complete with a private hot tub.

With its fresh take on coastal interiors and a soothing palette of gentle hues and natural materials, the living space boasts two plush sofas and an armchair to ensure maximum comfort for a movie night in front of the large Flat screen TV. There is also a log burner so you can truly snuggle in when the cooler weather arrives.

Adjacent to the living space there is a dining area which offers plenty of room for a couple or small family to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal together as you take in the sunny views through the patio doors.

The bright and colourful kitchen features a breakfast bar - the perfect place to pop the kids with a puzzle book or sit and enjoy a tipple as the designated family chef cooks up a storm. Whoever that chef may be, they will find everything they could possibly need in this fully equipped kitchen. It comes complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster, and all the pots, pans and crockery you require for the duration of your stay. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Set back from the open plan living area there are two well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, sumptuous soft furnishings and the relaxing coastal palette continued throughout. There is also a dressing table and  Flat Screen TV to enjoy on those lazy holiday mornings. The second bedroom has twin beds which is ideal for families travelling with young children. A travel cot and highchair is also available for small infants upon request prior to arrival.

A sleek and modern bathroom, comes complete with a walk-in rain shower so you can clean off those sandy feet in style. There is also a ceramic wash basin and a large vanity mirror, offering the perfect spot to get ready for an evening meal along the coast.

The interior of this property creates a haven of comfort and style to retreat to at the end of busy day of exploring, however, the outdoor garden space might be even more impressive. What better way to round off your evening than a long soak in the bubbling hot tub as the sun sets around you. This romantic spot serves as your own little, quiet sanctuary as you sit back and look at the stars above and listen to the waves crash in the distance. There is also plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy an al fresco dinner and a glass of fizz.

There is onsite parking available at the property and there is also a car charging port for those travelling with electric vehicles. The property offers ample storage for a small family, there is even surf board storage in the rear garden for those looking to catch a few waves on their trip.

The property is one-storey with level access at the main door making this more accessible for wheelchair users but please note there is one step at the rear of the property.

Little Croft is pet-friendly and permits two well-behaved dogs subject to a pet-fee of £50, however, dogs must not be left alone in the property at any point.

Please note there is a security deposit of £75 for this property which is fully refundable upon departure subject to inspection.
