This beautiful Devonshire cottage exudes quintessential coastal charm and character whilst still accommodating guests to contemporary standards.  

Upon entering the property, you will be delighted by the original hallway features, from which you will find two sitting rooms, the dining area and the turquoise kitchen- a perfect hint of the seascape that awaits you on the sun-soaked patio. 

Upstairs in Rose Cottage is a place to retreat and relax in large, comfy beds, crisp linens and fluffy towels. The house offers five bedrooms, namely 2 x king-doubles with en-suite, 1 x king-double, 1 x twin/zip super-king and 1 x children's-single (please advise upon your configuration needs). In addition, the house also has a separate toilet and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. 

The simple joys of this property are not restricted indoors. Rose Cottage features a delightful, secluded patio and a private, well-maintained cottage garden, a magical spot for grilling some delicious freshly caught seafood from England's acclaimed seafood coast. 

The surrounding 22 miles of stunning coastline form part of the Southwest Coast Path, and as Rose Cottage is pet-friendly, you can bring your four-legged friend along to enjoy the fresh air, large open green spaces, country and coastal walks.
