It offers a private and peaceful retreat while keeping you close to all the local sights and attractions of this amazing historical city.  The property is just a short walk away from local pubs and cafes and there are also two large shopping parks just a 2 minute drive away or, for more gentle afternoons, you can enjoy a scenic river walk, right at the end of the street.

With chic, luxurious interiors, the ground floor boasts an amazing open plan living, kitchen and dining space which is perfect for socialising or gathering for special occasions. The living area benefits from a large skylight and 5 metre bi-fold doors which allow natural light to flood into this comfortable space.

The fresh, modern furnishings include a sumptuous corner sofa which sits in front of a large media wall -  perfect for movie nights!

The dining area easily accommodates nine people and sits adjacent to a stylish, fully equipped kitchen.  Amenities in the kitchen include a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and full range of tableware, cutlery and glassware. Everything you might need to whip up a family meal.

The ground level also includes a handy WC, utility room with laundry facilities and a spacious entrance hall with plenty of room to kick off muddy wellies and wet coats. 

The sliding doors not only bring a wealth of light to the property, but they open out on to a south-facing, private garden which features outdoor seating for barbeques and ball games in good weather.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; Bedroom 1 offers two single beds while Bedroom 2 offers one single bed. You are provided with fresh linens and towels for your stay.

On the first floor there are a further three large bedrooms:

Bedroom 5 offers a king bed as well as its own ensuite, featuring a spacious walk in shower. 

There is an additional full family bathroom on the first floor which has a luxurious freestanding bathtub.
