Greendale Lodge, a charming single-storey cottage, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. With two well-appointed bedrooms, it offers a cosy and convenient retreat, perfect for families or small groups.

As you enter the property, you're greeted by a modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, thoughtfully designed with state-of-the-art features and discrete underfloor heating for ultimate comfort.

Floor-to-ceiling patio doors showcase beautiful views of the farm and surrounding countryside, effortlessly blending the serenity of the outdoors with the warmth of the interior space. The soft sofas are perfectly placed to enjoy this vista, alternatively you can curl up in front of the TV for a relaxing evening in.

The large kitchen diner, with seating for up to 6 people, is the perfect place to entertain while the adjacent kitchen comes complete with everything you could need for a homecooked feast.

Featuring a handy breakfast bar, the stylish kitchen comes with a full range of appliances and cookware including, a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a separate utility room with a washer/dryer as well as an additional WC.

The ground floor also features an inviting second living area, or snug, complete with comfortable seating and a second television. This thoughtful addition is perfect for families, providing a separate space for children to unwind while adults enjoy socialising in the main area.

The sleeping accommodations are comprised of:

  • Bedroom 1: Double bedroom
  • Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom

There is also the option to use a double sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate another two people.

The bedrooms are served by a family bathroom which features a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Guests are offered complimentary "The White Company" shampoo and body wash and towels and linens are provided. 

The property features a spacious, private outdoor garden with sweeping views of the countryside. Guests can unwind while watching the sunset or enjoy alfresco dining in the generously sized seating area, making the most of the BBQ and the complimentary welcome hamper, in the serene surroundings.

Things to know about the property…

 

  • There is a security deposit of £100 for The Farmhouse property which is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property post-stay.
  • The property is pet-friendly so please fee free to bring along your furry friend. Please note there is a pet fee of £50. The property allows a maximum of two well-behaved dogs which must be kept on a lead at all times when walking the grounds. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms in consideration of future guests.
  • The property has designated private parking for 2 vehicles. If there are more cars in your group please park them to the right hand side of the designated parking spaces in the clearly marked 'parking area.'
  • The property is wheelchair accessible but please note there is a step up from the patio.
  • Guests are treated to a welcome hamper which contains locally sourced essentials such as milk, bread, eggs, butter as well as some delicious complimentary meat from Tunstall Road Farm's sister company, Tunstall Meat Company. This meat comes from pedigree animals raised on the farm and is sold from the butcher's shop in nearby Richmond.
