As you step into the light and airy hallway, you’ll find yourself welcomed by a spacious open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. Large sliding doors frame stunning views of the farm and the picturesque countryside beyond, seamlessly merging the beauty of the outdoors with the comfort of the interior.

A luxurious corner sofa is perfectly positioned by a cosy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting spot to unwind. Relax and enjoy evenings snuggled up while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV.

Guests can gather around the impressive 10-seater dining table, perfectly situated next to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts an island and breakfast bar, complete with every appliance you could need: a Cookmaster Range Cooker, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and, of course, a convenient dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. For added ease, a separate utility room features a washing machine and dryer, ensuring your getaway is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

The ground floor boasts a second living area, or snug, offering extra comfortable seating and a second television. This thoughtful addition is ideal for families, providing a relaxing spot for children to enjoy their downtime, while adults can enjoy socialising in the main living area.

The downstairs space is completed by a convenient WC and there is underfloor heating throughout the property. 

Upstairs, the property comprises 4 spacious bedrooms, all with delightful countryside views and comfort at the forefront. 

  • Bedroom 1 (Master): King size bed with a TV, vanity unit and ensuite with rain shower
  • Bedroom 2: King size bed with TV and ensuite shower room
  • Bedroom 3: King size bed. Located across the landing from the main family bathroom, complete with walk-in shower and separate bathtub.
  • Bedroom 4: Single twin beds with ensuite shower room

Guests are offered complimentary "The White Company" shampoo and body wash; and towels and linens are provided for all guests. Please note there is the option to sleep an additional 2 people, please enquire for further details.

The property features a large, private outdoor garden with sweeping views of the countryside. Guests can unwind in the hot tub while watching the sunset or enjoy alfresco dining in the generously sized seating area, making the most of the BBQ and the complimentary welcome hamper, in the serene surroundings.

Things to know about the property…

 

  • There is a security deposit of £200 for The Farmhouse property which is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property post-stay.
  • The property is pet-friendly so please feel free to bring along your furry friend. Please note there is a pet fee of £50.00. The property allows a maximum of two well-behaved dogs which must be kept on a lead at all times when walking the grounds. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms in consideration of future guests.
  • The property has private parking for 2 vehicles. If there are more cars in your group please park them to the right hand side of the designated parking spaces in the clearly marked 'parking area.'
  • Guests are treated to a welcome hamper which contains locally sourced essentials such as milk, bread, eggs, butter as well as some delicious complimentary meat from Tunstall Road Farm's sister company, Tunstall Meat Company. This meat comes from pedigree animals raised on the farm and is sold from the butcher's shop in nearby Richmond.
