Curlew Cottage is a modern, stone-built holiday retreat that enjoys a prime location on the farm, providing uninterrupted views over the stunning Northumbrian countryside. The property, set across a single storey, enjoys a charming position in a picturesque row, nestled alongside Kestrel Cottage and Merlin Cottage.

A paved ramp leads you to the entrance of the property, suitable for wheelchair users or for managing buggies and luggage. This opens into a spacious, tiled hallway which offers plenty of room to store coats and boots. 

A large kitchen and dining space features contemporary kitchen units, granite worktops and a full range of kitchen appliances, including an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and an American style fridge/freezer. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. The large oak dining table can sit ten people in comfort.

Just off the kitchen you will find the light and airy living space which boasts incredible dual aspect picture windows, giving unparalleled views across the stunning meadows. Guests can curl up on the sofas with a book from the wide selection on offer or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV in front of the wood burning fire. 

The patio door from the living room opens onto a private stone terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or savouring a drink while the sun sets.

To the other side of the property, you will find three spacious bedrooms which offer all the comfort and luxury you could need for a good night’s sleep.

• Master Bedroom: Super king-sized bed, Smart TV, vanity unit and a private ensuite.
• Bedroom 2: Twin beds accompanied by a vanity unit, plenty of storage and its own ensuite shower room.
• Bedroom 3:  Twin bed which is ideal for those travelling with children. 

The bedrooms are served by a large, accessible bathroom which offers a separate bath and walk/roll-in shower complete with grab rails which offer extra assistance for those in need of it. 

The property is equipped with a non-tethered EV charging unit, offering convenience for electric vehicle users. Guests are kindly reminded to bring along their own charging cables for use.
