The inviting living room offers an ideal space to unwind, featuring a comforting wood-burning stove that sets the mood for a cosy evening. Whether you prefer watching a movie on the Smart TV or curling up with a book from the extensive collection provided, the room's sumptuous furnishings and warm, rich color palette create an inviting setting that encourages rest and relaxation.

The living room opens out into a bright an airy garden room which overlooks the private courtyard area and makes the most of the sunset views, even in the cooler winter months. The space also includes a well-sized dining area which comfortably accommodates six guests. 

The contemporary kitchen features granite worktops, rustic wooden flooring and a separate kitchen island. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need for the duration of your stay which includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer in a separate utility space.

The downstairs accommodation is completed by a well-appointed bathroom, which includes a power shower, ensuring both comfort and convenience for guests. 

Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms which promise an incredible night's sleep:

• Master Bedroom: Super king-sized bed and a Smart TV
• Bedroom 2: Twin beds accompanied by stunning views.
• Bedroom 3:  Twin bed which is ideal for those travelling with children. 

There is an additional bathroom on this floor which has a bath and separate walk-in shower. 

To the exterior of the property, guests have the benefit of a large private garden, providing a tranquil outdoor space, where you can enjoy some al fresco dining and breathe in the fresh country air.

The property is equipped with a non-tethered EV charging unit, offering convenience for electric vehicle users. Guests are kindly reminded to bring along their own charging cables for use.
