Hours: Full time – 37.5 hrs per week
Location: Glasshouse, Alderley Park – with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
In a nutshell
The Graphic Designer and Content Executive at Together Travel Co will create design work to brief that is of exceptional standard, is on brand, produced on time and within budget. The role also includes developing and posting content for our website and social media channels. They will contribute to the creative thinking to drive day-to-day enquiries and sales for Together Travel holiday portfolio and other revenue generating projects.
Day to day tasks
- Work with the Portfolio Manager to take creative briefings from management team and ascertain that all information required to produce creative work is gained to ensure the creative process is managed effectively
- Contribute to conceptual brainstorming sessions with the Portfolio Manager and other department heads
- Liaise with our on site operations teams to gather engaging content which can be used for our website and social media posts to boost engagement and sales.
- Support the Portfolio Manager in presenting initial creative concepts/ideas to management team for feedback in interim reviews
- Ensure all feedback is adhered to and considered when developing final creative
- Ensure that final creative is produced to brief and is approved by the management team
- Contribute and participate in creative planning sessions, producing work for:
- Weekly digital e-mail campaigns
- Traditional and digital press advertisements
- All aspects of on-site signage
- Traditional marketing collateral, from in-depth brochures to more conceptual pieces
- Support with the creation of graphics for the Together Travel website and Social Media channels
- Create engaging video content (reels/TikToks) for brand campaigns – this could include filming, editing and publishing and would be used for external and internal campaigns
- Produce and amend floor plans using Adobe Illustrator
- Presentation design
- In-depth, full-scale branding projects – from conception all the way through to delivery and presenting back to the wider team for approval
- Manage multiple workloads simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Competent using Canva to edit/create artwork
- Confident using Dropbox to find/organise site photography
- Excellent organisational skills, utilising Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience co-ordinating tasks using Project Management Tools e.g. Trello
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofing skills
- Problem-solving skills, positive attitude, open to constructive feedback
- Ability to work efficiently as an individual as well as a team player
- Ability to accurately communicate projected timescales for projects, keeping all stakeholders informed and up to date
- Flexible, with experience in working in a very fast-paced environment
- Freedom to occasionally visit sites to improve product knowledge
- Photography skills preferred but not essential
- Confidence communicating with the Senior Management Team
- Ability to adhere to but also creatively interpret brand standards for multiple entities
