Tunstall Farm Cottage (3 Bed)

Set in amongst traditional farmland and beautiful Yorkshire countryside, this modern cottage offers a peaceful rural escape where you can enjoy singing birds and friendly sheep as your neighbours but still have all the local towns, sights and attractions at your fingertips.

This property is comprised of two adjoining cottages with an interlocking door, creating a spacious and private holiday home. With the benefit of additional living space and sleeping quarters that can be locked off, this is an ideal configuration particularly for a group of friends or a larger family booking.

With two entranceways guests can come and go as they please without disturbing other guests or napping children. Each entrance offers a warm welcome into a well-appointed, open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. You will be immediately struck by the floor to ceiling windows in both spaces which allows the Yorkshire meadow views to flood the space inside, bringing the outdoors in. 

Genesis Wing

The open-plan space provides a comfortable sofa for two which sits opposite a Smart TV, creating an area for rest and relaxation at the end of a busy day. Simply put your feet up and enjoy a movie or two. Double doors from the living area lead you out on to a private patio where you can further enjoy the view in all its glory. The slim patio features a small bistro set which is ideal for an al fresco dinner as the sun sets behind the hills.

Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen and dining space which is compact but perfectly sized for two. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, providing an under counter fridge with ice box compartment, fan oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and an air fryer, as well as a full set of tableware and glassware.

The comfortable bedroom features a King Size bed with sumptuous soft furnishings and views which stretch out across the fields, giving you the perfect excuse to lie back and enjoy a morning coffee as the countryside comes to life. There is even an additional Smart TV in the bedroom so you can truly settle in and relax. 

Fleetwood Wing

In the larger wing of the cottage, you will find another spacious living and entertaining area which serves as the social hub of the property. Here, the whole family or group of friends can get together to enjoy a delicious meal or an evening of fun and games. The room also features another Smart TV so screen hungry teens can game or watch in their very own space.

Double doors from the living area lead you out on to another, larger patio where everyone can gather for a barbeque or some outdoor entertainment. A secondary kitchen space also comes fully-equipped as well as an additional dining area. Laundry facilities are available to guests and can be found in an outbuilding just outside the property. This utility space also features a chest freezer for further food storage. 

The Fleetwood wing offers a master bedroom with a King Size bed, whilst the third bedroom provides a twin bedroom with two single beds -  ideal for those travelling with younger children. 

All guests are provided with towels, linens and hairdryers for their stay.

Any guests with mobility issues should note that whilst the property is all on one level, there are a couple of steps to access the front door.

There is parking directly outside of the property with room for 3 vehicles.
