Upon entering, this two bedroom cottage offers you a warm welcome into a well-appointed, open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. You will be immediately struck by the floor to ceiling windows which allow the beautiful meadow views to flood inside, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or a cup of Yorkshire tea. 

A plush sofa and a sumptuous armchair offer plenty of space to sit and enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV should you choose to opt for a relaxing evening in. Double doors from the living area lead you out on to a private patio where you can further enjoy the view in all its glory. Relax in the outdoor furniture and enjoy a barbeque or perhaps a glass of your favourite tipple as the sun sets behind the hills.

Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen and dining space which is compact but perfectly sized for the number of guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, providing an under counter fridge with ice box compartment, fan oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and an air fryer, as well as a full set of tableware and glassware. Laundry facilities are available to guests and can be found in an outbuilding just outside the property. This utility space also features a chest freezer for further food storage. 

The comfortable master bedroom features a King Size bed with dressing table and charming soft furnishings. The dual aspect windows, invite you to enjoy the rural views that surround the property. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds which is ideal for those travelling with younger children. Both bedrooms feature a TV so you can truly sink in and relax and guests are provided with towels, linens and a hairdryer during their stay.

Guests with mobility issues should note that whilst the property is all on one level, there are a couple of steps to access the front door. 

There is parking directly outside of the property with room for two vehicles.

With the added feature of an interlocking door, this two bed property can be let with the neighbouring one bed property to create a spacious three bed cottage, depending on whether you’re enjoying a romantic weekend or a family getaway.
