Set up and run by husband and wife team, Martin and Claire Murray, Dunnet Bay Distillery is located in Caithness in far north of Scotland. The couple are passionate about handcrafting spirits that celebrate the heritage and provenance of the Scottish Highlands and pride themselves on using local hand-foraged botanicals.
The distillery is most famous for producing the multi award winning Rock Rose Gin, which was launched to critical acclaim in 2015. The gin is hand distilled and features a carefully selected collection of local and traditional botanicals, including juniper berries, rowan berries and sea buckthorn, which are used to create a truly exceptional gin with a unique flavour profile.
Join Dunnet Bay for a cosy G&T beside the fire, venture behind the scenes and finally enjoy a tutored tasting at the new Rock Rose Visitor Centre at Dunnet Bay Distillery!
