At their outstanding distilling laboratory for adults, you can take charge of a beautiful mini copper pot still to develop and distil your very own 70cl bottle of gin. Learn about how they produce Salcombe Gin and what it takes to produce a well balanced and harmonious gin, whilst enjoying a ‘Salcombe & Tonic’.
During distillation you will sample and name your unique creation before bottling your gin and placing it in a presentation box with a personalised bottle label. Your experience will conclude in their waterside bar, enjoying an additional measure of your gin with a choice of garnishes and tonics to complement your recipe.
Wine Tasting at Sutton's Cellar
At Sutton's Cellar, enjoy a private cellar tour where either Jonathan or Suzie will talk you through the wines you have chosen to taste or ones they have recommended, with plenty of opportunity for discussion or to ask questions. The tastings are informal and can be pitched at whatever level suits your group. The length of the tasting depends on you!
