Dunrobin Castle

Many of the land’s past and present aristocracy has fallen for the area’s beauty, leaving behind examples of architecture at its finest with Dunrobin Castle, home of the Earls and Dukes of Sutherland, a must stop en-route to John O’Groats. The Queen Mother’s residence, the Castle and Gardens of Mey, is another must see. Her majesty fell for the isolated charm and when you visit you can certainly see why.
